Jennifer Paulson
<p><!--block-->Jennifer started her career with KinderCare as a Discovery Preschool teacher in 2006. Since then, she has moved on to different positions in the company and is now the Center Director at the Escondido location. Jennifer has over twenty Early Childhood Education units, three associates degrees, and is currently working on her bachelor's degree in Human Development with an emphasis in Children's Services. She is focused on providing a nurturing and fun environment for every child that enters the building and on helping her staff grow and thrive in their careers.</p>

Ms. Jessica
Ms. Jessica was born in Vietnam and moved to the United States in 1975. She obtained her Associates Degree in Child Development and began her professional career with Mira Mesa KinderCare in 1992. In 1994, she was given the opportunity to help open the KinderCare center in Poway and has most recently joined the team at the Escondido location. Ms. Jessica's passion for what she does is evident in her classroom and in the smiles on the childrens and parents faces everyday. Her excellence in infant care has brought many families back to KinderCare with their second and third children, years after their firsts have gone on to school!

Ms. Leila
<p><!--block-->Ms. Leila has worked in the child development field for almost six years. She has 12 Early Childhood Education units and is continuing schooling to receive her bachelor's of arts in Liberal Studies. Ms. Leila has worked with all age groups from infants up to School Age children.</p>

Ms. Melissa has worked in the field of Early Childhood Education for over 14 years as a teacher. With a degree in Child Development and as a mom of two children, she shares her unique blend of education and real-world experience.
